
Overview:
While focusing on the fundamentals of marketing, the course outline has been drafted specifically for marketing professionals/aspiring candidates that wish to grasp a firm foothold in the digital domain. Through real life industry examples and success stories, the course aims to both educate and instill hands-on capability w.r.t. creation, dissemination and overall effective execution of digital campaigns for all applicants.
Unlike its predecessor courses, candidates will be spending 30% of their time implementing their learnings on prospective use case scenario campaigns, giving them a firm grip on all aspects of Digital Marketing and E-commerce. The course will cover all paid, owned and earned mediums on digital, and how they impact success or failure for a campaign (Google, Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Dv360, GDN, DSP, SSPs, DMPs and several other tools).

By the end of this course, the students should be able to:??
Hands-on Ability to draft narratives with consideration to interest data for TG
Complete understanding of the digital marketing funnel with details on specific tools for each
Introductory understanding of PPC and organic/viral marketing
Social media management, media planning and execution (Google, Meta, TIktok, Snapchat, + others)
Ecommerce Funnel, ticket sizes, CPA and ROAS.
Introductory knowledge of influencer/affiliate marketing
Introduction to User Generated content (UGC) campaigns
Basic Analytics and ROI/ROS management
Best practices to ensure stakeholder approvals/buy-ins for effective marcomms.
Note: Please note, participants will be required to bring their laptops for the course.
Zohaib Hisam is a veteran of the digital marketing Industry. Born and raised in Karachi, Zohaib is a computer sciences professional, who latched on to digital marketing and eCommerce in 2001. He has a 10 year experience of SDLC/BD in US/UK markets as well as 15 years of experience in the local industry. He owns and operates BDigital as its Chief Digital Officer, an 8 year old top tier digital agency that has successfully catered to over 110 clients including Jazz, PCB, PSL, Haier, Huawei, Fatima group, Packages Mall, LUMS, qarshi Industries, Myco.io, Walee technologies, molped, molfix and several others. BDigital has also successfully delivered on digital broadcast rights of HBL PSL for 7 seasons, including season 9 and 10.
Application Process:
Participants must register online through the CES website by clicking on their desired course and filling out a one-page form. Before starting the registration process, please ensure that you have the following:
- A photograph for the CES smartcard. It should be against a white background.
- Correct CNIC details.
Incorrect information provided during the registration process will lead towards cancellation of your enrolment at any stage, and participants will not be entitled to claim a refund.
Once you have completed your online registration, you may proceed to the payment section. You have two options:
1. Pay online using your bank debit/credit cards through LUMS online payment system??https://pay.lums.edu.pk
2. Download the fee voucher and deposit cash in any branch of the designated banks specified on the fee voucher.??
Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 to 48 working hours, and your payment status will be updated to "ENROLLED" in the online application portal.

Note: CES may cancel or postpone a course due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the university will refund registration/processing fee (if any) but will not be responsible for any other related charges/expenses including cancellation/change charges by airline and travel agencies.
