Overview:

The Young Learners Programme runs for two weeks for students aged 8 through 13 in the upcoming school year. We are looking for students who enjoy participating in creative classes and making new friends or want to sharpen their skills related to leadership, art, technology, and communication.

Students are required to choose one course from each module.

Reading, Writing, and Speaking:

  • Superheroes & Power

  • Folk Tales Unlocked: Read, Write, Imagine!

  • Urdu Udaan

Business and Leadership:

  • Young Entrepreneurs: Turning Ideas into Action

  • Leadership

  • Personal Effectiveness??

Scientific Reasoning and Discovery:

  • Introduction to Programming??

  • Introduction to Game Design

  • Environmental Science and Climate Action

Creative Arts:

  • Canva 101

  • Theatre

  • Visual Storytelling through Comics??

  • Create, Record, and Share: YouTube Basics

  • Calligraphy

Please note: LUMS YLP is open to students who are in Lahore during the summer. Applicants outside this area are welcome to apply. However, parents or guardians are responsible for all lodging, transportation to and from campus, and meals. LUMS does not provide housing for YLP participants.
