Course Overview:
Most leaders are stuck in the "prompting" hype; the best are learning how to think with AI. This 2-day LUMS intensive is your essential first step in moving past basic "how-to" tutorials and into the world of AI-native leadership.
Instead of treating AI as a search engine, you will learn to utilise it as a
high-level Thinking Partner to collapse the distance between a raw idea and a
structured business model. This workshop focuses on the strategic shift: moving
from 1-sentence searches to professional-grade logic that drives innovation and
reduces the time from "concept" to "first draft".
- Move Beyond the Hype: Transition from simple
"Google-style" queries to structured frameworks that generate
high-fidelity business strategy.
- Strategic Resilience: Identify which parts of your role
are "AI-vulnerable" and build a road-map to lead your industry's transformation.
- Rapid Prototyping: Use AI to turn napkin sketches into
visual product prototypes or structured models in minutes.
- The Trust Framework: Master the "Trust but Verify" workflow to identify hallucinations and ensure all AI output is brand-aligned and accurate.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this course, the students should be able to:
Distinguish between different types of AI (Generative vs. Predictive) and explain "under-the-hood" concepts like LLMs and Hallucinations in plain business language, moving past the hype to reality.
move from 1-sentence "Google-style" searches to professional-grade structured prompting. They will master frameworks (like R.C.E.O. - Role, Context, Execute, Output) to generate high-fidelity business documents, strategy drafts, and creative briefs.
Gain hands-on experience using AI for "Non-Designers." They will learn to prompt for high-quality graphics (Midjourney/DALL-E), produce professional video clips (Runway/Sora),
Use AI as a "Thinking Partner" for innovation. They will use tools (like Uizard or Miro AI) to turn a text idea into a visual product prototype or a structured business model, drastically reducing the time between "concept" and "first draft."
Participants will learn the "Trust but Verify" workflow. They will be able to identify hallucinations, understand the risks of data privacy in public models, and apply a 3-step verification process to ensure all AI-generated content is accurate, safe, and brand-aligned before it is shared.
Identify which parts of their specific role are "AI-vulnerable" and which are "AI-resilient." They will develop a personal "AI Roadmap" to ensure they are the ones leading the implementation in their industry, rather than being replaced by it.
