Course Overview:
Market Intelligence in Practice is an eight-week executive course that builds the complete analytical workflow of professional market intelligence, from framing the right question through to producing decision-ready deliverables. Delivered by a practitioner who runs market intelligence engagements for major global corporations, it teaches participants a single, coherent workflow rather than treating quantitative skills (market sizing, TAM/SAM modelling) and qualitative skills (report structuring, competitive analysis) as separate subjects. A dedicated AI module teaches participants to accelerate research while upholding the accuracy and source-integrity standards expected of professional-grade intelligence work.
Learning Outcomes:
Run an end-to-end market intelligence workflow, from framing a research-ready brief through primary and secondary research to a decision-ready deliverable.
Build and defend quantitative market estimates (TAM/SAM modelling) alongside qualitative frameworks such as Porters Five Forces and SWOT.
Integrate AI tools into research workflows while applying systematic verification to protect accuracy and source integrity.
Produce and defend a complete intelligence package, brief, analysis, and briefing note, under substantive challenge on methodology and conclusions.
Mustafa works closely with strategy teams at leading industrial automation companies, helping clients evaluate market opportunities, assess evolving energy and technology trends, and develop growth strategies across global markets.
He holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from LUMS and a Masters degree in Engineering Management from the University of Greenwich, UK.
