Once you have completed your online registration, you may proceed to the payment section. You have two options: 1. Pay online using your bank debit/credit cards through LUMS online payment system https://pay.lums.edu.pk 2. Download the fee voucher and deposit cash in any branch of the designated banks specified on the fee voucher. Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 to 48 working hours, and your payment status will be updated to "ENROLLED" in the online application portal. Installment: KalPay Taleem offers an instalment facility for participants enrolled in CES on-campus courses and workshops. After submission of course fee, your fee payment status will be updated to Paid/Enrolled within 24 hours. Please check with your bank if your fee payment status isn't updated within this time frame.
You must bring your original CNIC until you receive your CES smart card.
Yes, all enrolled participants attending on-campus courses are issued a LUMS-CES smart card. Participants will be issued CES smart cards during the first week of classes.
CES participants can apply for external Library membership. Copies of the following documents required are required: CNIC, CES smart card, smart card of a guarantor from LUMS
No, participants can only access campus as per course schedule. Participants can enter campus half an hour before class commencement and must exit the campus within half an hour of the class ending
Subject to satisfactory completion of assessments and maintaining a minimum of 80% attendance, eligible participants will be issued LUMS CES certificate of completion. For on-campus courses, this will be a hard copy of the certificate and for online courses, an E-certificate will be issued. Participants of online courses can request a hard copy of the certificate upon paying Rs.3000/- for certificate printing.
Refunds are only issued if a course is cancelled/dropped by CES. It is the participants' responsibility to ensure their attendance throughout the session. Refund requests are only considered for medical emergencies.
No, course swaps/transfers are not facilitated. Enrollment transfers will only be considered for medical emergencies.
Detailed welcome email and invitation link of official WhatsApp group of the course are sent 1-2 days prior to course commencement at the registered email ID of the participants.

All CES courses have different application deadlines. Please refer to the application deadline mentioned on individual course pages. Seats in CES evening courses are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. All courses have limited slots and further enrollments are not processed if seats fill up before the application/fee payment deadlines.
No, hostel accommodation is not available for CES evening participants.
You may enroll for multiple courses if the course schedules don't overlap. A weekly schedule is mentioned for all courses on the CES website.
Registrations for on-campus courses are approved within 24 hours. For registration approval, participants must upload their complete Covid-19 Immunization status certificate (issued by NADRA). Once an application is approved, participants are informed via an auto-generated email. Fee vouchers can then be downloaded from CES portal by navigating through tab "My Course/s".
